Friendly staff make a difference

I spent 4 nights in a Deluxe Double Room with Balcony. The staff were super nice, especially in the restaurant! I loved getting breakfast in my room. The one downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit shaky at times, which was annoying. But overall, it was a comfy stay!

The Grand Eliana Hotel Conference & Spa provided an exceptional experience with a helpful staff that efficiently assisted in setting up my presentation equipment. The heated indoor pool was a fantastic way to unwind after a busy day, and the business center was well-equipped for my work needs. The complimentary airport shuttle was a convenient touch that made my travel hassle-free.

Some maintenance issues were noted, particularly with the Wi-Fi and housekeeping.

Every evening, I took a dip in the heated pool, letting the warm water wash away the day's stress. The staff were attentive, making me feel valued during my stay.

However, I found the carpets in the hallways to be quite dirty, which created an overall neglected impression of the establishment. Room service also took too long to deliver.
